We offer two polishing options, both are grinded but have different protective properties. Polished Concrete is protected by a densifier while Grind and Seal is protected by a coating or sealant.
Grind and Seal
This type of flooring has a coating system over the polished concrete to help mask the floor’s existing imperfections and protects it from spills and stains. The coating makes the concrete floor slip resistant, abrasion resistant and chemical resistant. This type of concrete polishing gives the surface a glossy look while maintaining its natural characteristics of concrete.
Polished Concrete
This type of floor resurfacing smoothens your concrete floors from a dull luster to a high shine and compacts your floor. Making it more durable and resistant to damage.
The concrete is refined by using progressively finer grits to have different levels of shine.
